Beatriz Lopez focuses exclusively on employment-based immigration law. She has a diverse background in immigration and a passion for supporting companies she works with.

Beatriz first acquired business immigration experience while working as a paralegal in New York City. Following this experience, she pursued her legal education at the University of Houston Law Center, where she earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Law degree in International Law. Her legal experience includes internships with the ACLU of Texas, BakerRipley, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores (Mexican Foreign Ministry) in Mexico City. While in law school, Beatriz also participated in the University of Houston Law Center’s Immigration Clinic and served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Before joining Graham Adair, she was employed at a boutique family immigration law firm. Beatriz is fluent in English and Spanish.
