Silvia Riberti-Young focuses on employment-based immigration law and global migration. She advises organizations and individuals from all around the world on U.S. immigration law, regulatory compliance, and immigration strategy. Silvia counsels corporate clients and their foreign national employees, as well as professionals and investors, on available options (including B-1/B-2, E-1/E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM labor certification, EB-1, and permanent residency through adjustment of status (AOS) and consular processing). Silvia has worked with a diverse clientele in various industries, ranging from financial services to engineering, from biotech to information technology. She also handles family-based matters, such as I-130 petitions, AOS/consular processing, and naturalizations. Silvia manages global migration matters, such as business visas, work and residence permit applications, and employer-based inquiries for international migration.
Client focus is central to Silvia’s practice and her passion for immigration law is coupled with an in-depth understanding of the complexities of moving to a new country, having herself grown up overseas and personally experienced the intricacies of the U.S. immigration system.
Silvia earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from New England Law Boston. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Worldwide ERC. Silvia serves clients in both English and Italian and she is active in the Italian-American community.
